MediPOS is made by Innobrains Technologies for the people who run Pakistan's medical stores. We built it because the software they were being sold was never designed for how a pharmacy actually works.
A medical store is not a general shop
Stand behind the counter of a busy medical store for an hour and you will see a business that ordinary billing software does not understand. A box holds strips and a strip holds tablets, and customers buy all three. Every batch has an expiry date, and two strips of the same medicine on the same shelf can expire months apart. Distributors bill with 10+1 schemes and trade discounts that change what a tablet really cost. Regular customers are on udhaar, others pay by EasyPaisa or JazzCash, and the power goes when it likes.
Most pharmacies were offered one of two things: a cash register that could not track any of this, or a system priced and built for a hospital chain. So the khata stayed in a register, expiry dates stayed in the owner's head, and the profit on paper never matched the cash in the drawer.
MediPOS exists to close that gap. Every screen comes from how Pakistani pharmacies really work: a counter fast enough for the evening rush, stock kept to the tablet with its batch and expiry, purchases that carry their schemes into the real cost, and books kept in the background, on the shop's own computer or in the cloud.

Six rules MediPOS is built on
They were settled before the first screen was drawn, and they still decide every feature.
It must bill with the router unplugged
Load-shedding and a dead connection cannot stop a medical store. The Offline edition keeps its database on your own PC and bills at full speed with no internet; the internet is for activation, backups and updates, not for making a sale.
Batch and expiry on every strip
Stock is kept per batch with its own expiry, because two strips of the same medicine on one shelf can expire months apart. The counter sells the batch that expires first and refuses an expired one.
Profit has to be real
A 10+1 scheme, a trade discount and the freight all change what a tablet really cost. MediPOS spreads them into the landed cost, so the profit on the screen is the profit in the drawer.
Udhaar is part of the trade
Regular customers buy on credit. Limits, advances, statements and an aging report are core, not add-ons, and every rupee owed has a trail back to its bill.
Nothing is quietly changed
Stock and money move only through recorded documents. A mistake is voided or reversed, never deleted, and the audit log shows who did what and when.
FBR when you need it, not before
Tier-1 pharmacies report every invoice to FBR with the FBR number and QR code on the receipt. Everyone else leaves it switched off and never sees an FBR field.
A Pakistani software company that writes its own code
Innobrains Technologies was founded in 2022 in Jhang, Punjab, by Arshad Ali. We are a software house that builds products for Pakistani businesses, working in the same part of the country as the shops we build for: close enough to sit behind a counter and watch how a pharmacy runs on a busy evening.
We write MediPOS ourselves. We are not reselling someone else's product with a new name on it. When you call support, you reach the people who wrote the software, which is why problems tend to get fixed rather than filed. Our other product, AgroPOS, does the same job for agriculture-input dealers: batch-wise stock, udhaar and a counter that works without internet.

What makes MediPOS different from general billing software
Most billing software sold in Pakistan is written for a general shop and then labelled for pharmacies. These exist because a medical store's counter is not a general shop's.

Buy in boxes, sell in strips or loose tablets. Each unit has its own price and barcode, and stock is kept to the tablet.

The expiry dashboard shows what expires in 7, 30, 60 and 90 days with its value at cost, early enough to return it to the distributor.

Nothing is deleted when a trial or plan ends; you can view, print and export what you entered, and we do not sell or mine it.
A young product, built in the open
Innobrains is a small company and MediPOS is a young product, first released in 2026. We would rather say that plainly than claim a scale we do not have.
