Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MediPOS collects, why, and what you can do about it. MediPOS is made by Innobrains Technologies ("we", "us").

What we collect

• Your account: your name, mobile number, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Your pharmacy's records: everything you enter into MediPOS, such as products, stock, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers and accounts.
• Licences and devices: for the Offline edition, an identifier of each licensed PC, the MediPOS version it runs, and the times it checks in.
• Billing: your plan, invoices and the payment proofs you upload.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
• Technical logs: IP addresses, browser type and error reports, kept to run and protect the service.

How we use it

• To provide MediPOS: sign you in, store and show your pharmacy's records, print, back up and update.
• To manage your subscription and licences, and to prevent misuse of trials.
• To answer your questions and give support.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your pharmacy's records for advertising.

Where it is stored

Cloud edition: your records are stored on our servers. Each pharmacy's data is kept separate from every other pharmacy's inside the database.

Offline edition: your records stay on your own computer. Only licence check-ins, update checks and, if you turn them on, sync or cloud backups are sent to us.

Your customers' information

When you record your own customers (for example names and phone numbers for udhaar), you decide what is recorded and why. We store it only to provide MediPOS to you and never contact your customers.

Who we share it with

Only with services we need to run MediPOS, such as hosting and email delivery, under agreements that protect it, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your records are kept while you have an account, including after a trial or plan ends, so that you never lose them. You can ask us to delete your account and records at any time; we then delete them, except what the law requires us to keep.

Your choices

• View, correct and export your records from inside MediPOS.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it.

Cookies

MediPOS uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms. The public website may use analytics to understand which pages are useful.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date below and, for important changes, tell you inside MediPOS.
