Yes. Dashboards and reports can show one branch or all branches combined, and stock can be transferred between branches.
The Cloud edition needs internet to bill, so keep a backup connection such as a mobile hotspot at each branch. A single shop with frequent outages is better served by the Offline edition.
Each pharmacy's data is separated inside the database, access follows staff roles, and backups are taken for you.
