Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use MediPOS, the pharmacy software made by Innobrains Technologies ("we", "us"). By creating an account or installing MediPOS, you agree to them.

Your account

• Give correct details when you sign up, and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the staff you invite and the permissions you give them.

Free trial

New pharmacies get a free trial. When it ends, your records are kept: you can still sign in, view, print and export them. Billing and stock changes resume when you choose a plan.

Plans and payment

• Prices are shown on the pricing page and in Plan & billing, in Pakistani rupees.
• You pay against an invoice by the methods shown there. A plan starts once the payment is verified.
• If a plan is not renewed, MediPOS moves to a grace period and then to a limited mode in which viewing, reports and exports keep working.

Offline licences

An Offline licence covers the number of PCs in your plan. You may free a PC's seat when it is replaced. The Offline edition checks its licence over the internet from time to time.

Your data

The records you enter belong to you. We process them only to provide MediPOS, as described in our privacy policy.

On the Offline edition your data lives on your computer. MediPOS makes daily backups on that computer; you are responsible for keeping copies somewhere else, such as a USB drive.

Medicine information and prices

The medicine database and any suggested prices are provided to save typing. They may be incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for checking medicines, prices and everything you sell, and for following the laws and regulations that apply to your pharmacy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse MediPOS: for example by trying to access other pharmacies' data, bypassing licences, disrupting the service, or using it for anything unlawful.

Updates and availability

We improve MediPOS over time and deliver updates. We work to keep the Cloud edition available at all times, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example by internet problems or maintenance.

Liability

MediPOS is provided with care but "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using MediPOS at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date below and, for important changes, tell you inside MediPOS.
