Install in three steps
- 1
Install on the main PC
Run the installer and choose “Main PC of the pharmacy”. It sets up MediPOS and its database; nothing else is needed.

Add counter PCs (optional)
Tick “Counter PCs will connect to this PC” on the main PC, then run the same installer on each counter and enter the main PC’s address.

Sign in and start billing
Open MediPOS from the desktop icon, sign in, and bill your first customer.

- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
- 4 GB RAM or more (8 GB for the main PC)
- About 3 GB of free disk space
- 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printer (optional)
- A shop network for counter PCs (optional)
Frequently asked questions
Yes. A new installation runs as a 14-day evaluation with every feature. To keep using it, choose a plan and activate the PC.
No. The installer sets up everything MediPOS needs on the main PC, including its own private database.
Install on the main PC first and tick "Counter PCs on the shop network will connect to this PC". Then run the same installer on each counter PC, choose "Counter PC" and enter the main PC’s address.
Yes. Updates download in the background, are checked against MediPOS’s signature, and install at a quiet moment or when you click Install now. A backup is taken first, and a failed update goes back to the previous version by itself.
Then you do not need to download anything: start the free trial and choose the Cloud edition.
