Frequently asked questions
Yes. Every new pharmacy gets a 14-day free trial with no card required. When it ends nothing is deleted: you can still view, print and export, and billing resumes when you choose a plan.
Cloud is paid monthly or yearly, runs online from any device and can run several branches. Offline is a licence for one shop and its computers, paid yearly or for three years at once, and works without internet. Billing, stock, purchasing, udhaar and reports are the same in both.
Choose a plan from Plan & billing inside MediPOS to get an invoice, then pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa and upload the payment proof. Your plan starts once the payment is verified.
FBR POS integration is a module of the plans: the table above shows which plans include it. It stays off until you switch it on in Settings, so pharmacies that are not Tier-1 pay nothing extra and see no FBR fields. FBR's own Re 1 POS fee per invoice is paid by the customer and passed to FBR.
Yes. Upgrade or renew at any time from Plan & billing. Renewing early keeps the days you have left.
Each Windows computer running MediPOS Offline uses one licensed PC. You can free a seat from Plan & billing when a computer is replaced.
