FBR integrated, and no slower at the counter
For Tier-1 pharmacies, every bill is reported to FBR as it is made, with FBR's invoice number and QR code on the receipt. Stores that are not Tier-1 simply leave it off.

Yes. The Offline edition runs entirely on your shop computer (or several computers on your shop network). Billing, stock, purchases and printing all work with no internet. It only goes online to check your licence, download updates and — if you choose — back up to the cloud.
Offline runs on your own PC and keeps working through internet outages. Cloud runs online so you can use it from any device, run multiple branches from one account and check your business from home. Prices for each are set separately.
Yes. Each medicine can have units like Box → Strip → Tablet with their own prices. You buy in boxes and sell in any unit; stock is always kept exact.
No. MediPOS comes with 45,000+ Pakistani medicines preloaded from the DRAP register, each with its generic (salt), strength, form and manufacturer. You pick the medicines you stock, confirm your prices and enter opening stock — that is it.
Yes. For Tier-1 pharmacies, MediPOS reports every invoice, void and return to FBR as it is made and prints the FBR invoice number and QR code on the receipt, through FBR's online API or the Fiscal Component. It is optional: stores that are not Tier-1 leave it off.
